The project is located in Yunfu City, Yunan County, Nanjiangkou Town, Guangdong Province, with a total project area of 800 mu, and an area of about 300 mu for the development of pipe pile production line in the early stage. Two pipe pile production lines with a daily output of 11,000 meters are designed and built, with no more than 55 employees. The first phase of the project will start at the end of 2019. Starting from the process design of the production line, our company is responsible for almost all the special equipment for pipe piles, including: feeder, friction wheel, flat car, flat car cleaning machine, flat car roof lifting and translation system, cloth cover and cloth cover cleaning device, bottom cleaning machine, cover cleaning machine and cover lifting and translation system. Through close cooperation between the two parties, the project successfully began trial production at the end of July 2020, and reached the design capacity by the end of 2020; Since April 2021, the production capacity of the project has exceeded 12,000 meters, exceeding the design capacity. The second phase of the project started in July 2021, trial production in March 2022, to June 2022, only three months, the daily output exceeded 13,000 meters, far exceeding the design capacity.

The project is located in Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. For the old factory renovation project, the original old factory is 2 old workshops, the daily output of the two workshops is not more than 6000 meters, and the single shift workers are more than 100 people. Haihua building Materials is also aware of the old production technology, high energy consumption, low production capacity, and wants to change the company's situation through the route of technological innovation. Our company broke the shackles of the original production line and combined the original two workshops into one. While retaining the original civil facilities as much as possible, we redesigned the production line by optimizing the process. The project started trial production in June 2020, and by October of the same year, the daily output exceeded 10,000 meters, and by the end of 2020, the daily output exceeded 12,000 meters. The total number of staff in the workshop was reduced to 60.
